We ordered 20 cu yd in April5, Timely delivery by Juan & very accommodating to unload in a small driveway. Good quality top soil, no rocks or clumps. I was worried that there was too much organic mulch material (as I needed to fill in lot of uneven spots). Excellent Germination with JG Black beauty S&S seed, one week ago (see pics). Mr. Jeff was a pro, knew what would be best for our needs. Took time to educate. Highly recommend. Updated 5/7 with new pics.

Great experience! The soil is absolutely beautful! I literally could not find a single rock. And you can't beat the price. I was concerned my unlevel yard would prevent Jeff from being able to dump the soil. Jeff went out of his way to come take a look. After assuring me, I scheduled 2 separate tri-axle deliveries for the next day.. On time and on the money. I appreciate Jeff's professionalism and his sincere desire to make a satisfied customer.

I lucked out, found Jeff via Google. I needed 40 cu yards of good quality soil to level and improve the soil quality of our yard after we cut down a few pine trees which had left the yard in bad shape. Jeff was amazing to work with, his price was fair and we scheduled the drop within a few days. The soil was delivered on time, the driver was careful when dropping the soil on my driveway. I could tell the soil is well filtered and healthy by the smell. Jeff also pointed me to Anthony, whi helped level the ground and disperse the large load across our entire yard. If you are looking for top soil, Topsoil Pros are your people..Highly recommend Jeff and his team!
