The 5-star rating does not lie! We were very pleased with the Home Inspection services provided by Paul and Cathy. I'm a very detailed-oriented person and I admire the dedication with which Paul completed the inspection. During the initial phone call, Cathy explained the process in detail, which put my mind at ease. She promptly scheduled the appointment for the following week and Paul followed up the day of to confirm the appointment - very professional experience even before the job was started! Paul was very thorough and came highly recommended even by the seller's agent who was present at the time. We liked his unique approach to documenting the various aspects of the inspection - pictures and detail explanations. Paul delivered the report within 3 days as promised (Inspection was Wed afternoon and our report was ready by Saturday afternoon). He called after the report to inquire if we had questions and took the time to walk us through any doubts. Overall a very pleasant experience and well worth the money. The only part I was a bit hesitant about was the time - I was expecting around 3 hours (which is the average figure we heard) and our inspection was completed within 2 hours and 15 minutes but I guess when it's done it's done! Lol so if you're like me thinking the full three hours is needed, definitely take those time averages with a grain of salt. Maybe it's a good thing your house didn't need the full 3 hours! :) Definitely recommend Paul and Robinson Home Inspections for their services.

Cannot recommend Paul enough! He was thorough, super patient and knowledgeable. He answered all our question's, took his time and followed up with us afterwards to be sure we understood everything in his report which was over 100 pages! He brought things to our attention that might need to be replaced in the near future that weren't even on our radar. I would use him again in a heartbeat without any hesitation and so should you!

Paul is very good ,he goes beyond any inspector that I have seen. He knows the ins and outs of a home from plumbing to electric to roofing. He put our minds at ease with all the pictures and video he did of the house the report was 112 pages of all the information you need to know about your new home so you can prepare for any projects or immediate fixes that are needed. As first-time home owners, you are usually confused by most of the things that are happening. We were so nervous about the inspection once our home offer was accepted. For me, the anxiety was real. Paul was recommended by our broker, who we trust. I can honestly say that the inspection was not only the easiest part of our journey, but one that was that way because of Paul's honesty. He was nice, on time, thorough, the repost was so long lol. He told us his process and what to expect. He said the inspection may be 2-3 hours and it was more because he felt he need to check everything. It gave us such confidence with out home choice. We enjoyed working with him and will recommend him anytime!

Paul is professional and he cares as much as he could to inspect my pre-purchased house. The most impressive of the service was using drone with camera to check the roof and surrounding area. I couldn't stay for the whole time and was little worry at first but after the first hour there, I know he is a good inspector that he checked everything extensively . I had deal with other inspectors in the past, most of them only suggested to hire another professionals for further evaluate if there are problems. Not only he is full of experience at this field, he also suggested for each issue what and how to correct the problem on the report. Highly recommended.
