We have used Herb repeatedly over the years and the service has always been fine. They have always been very professional. Even so, I have never left a review before but felt I needed to after the last time he came. We had an exterminator come in recently and he somehow turned off the heat on our water heater. We only had cold water for the day after he came in. We called Herb's thinking we needed a new water heater and Herb came immediately knowing that cold water is a killer in the winter. Herb found the issue as just a value turned off and told my wife that was all that was wrong. He fixed the value and our hot water was back. One of the biggest fears... read full review
