This was the best healthcare experience I have ever had. Starting from making the appointment. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Everything was explained to me including billing. Dr. Abate was excellent! Actually reviewed my entire exam with me and explained everything and answered all my questions. Such a pleasant work environment! Best decision I ever made to switch to this practice… and I am in healthcare.
Dr Schuler is the absolute best eye doctor! She’s incredibly thoughtful and thorough. The office staff is kind and super helpful and accommodating. Best eye practice around!
This was my first visit. The doctor examining me was wonderful. She entered the room smiling and greeting me. This really made me feel welcomed. The techs that performed the tests were very professional. The visit was exceptional. My only question would be for the young lady checking me out. I have insurance, and Medicare but she insisted that I pay for the office visit. She advised me that I would get a refund check if the office visit was covered. Not sure what that is about.
