Patricia Shaw has been AWESOME! She has went over and beyond assisting my friend and his family on a number of properties they've purchased with her. She was extremely helpful and timely when addressing concerns. Let's not talk about the long hours she's spent showing them homes they were interested in or the countless hours she spent researching different properties. I am looking forward to purchasing another property with her in the near future.

I cannot say enough about Rachel Pinho, she was amazing to work with. My house sold in just a couple of weeks. She made feel like I was top priority from the beginning to the end. We engaged the services of Amy Ryan and boy did we get lucky. She was super responsive any time we called, emailed or texted her. She had a great team supporting her especially Kevin. We thought we had an idea of what to ask for our house and then she showed us about the market and the consequences of high and low pricing and how to interpret the market and comps. She priced the house just right and all it took was one Open House to get six offers and exactly what we expected of the sale.
