Kathy Lee is amazing. I almost didn't want to write a review because I don't want to have wait so long for an appt. She listened to what I wanted and gave me a choice for a more realistic outcome. Kathy is pleasantly quiet in a way that made me feel comfortable and she was right. She's the BEST!

As expected, I got an excellent cut n color!! Kathie is always willing to try anything I think up and most important, we got rid of the gray! ? She goes out of her way to accommodate my schedule and I do appreciate that as well. Thanks, Kathy!!
