We had a great experience with America’s Swimming Pool Company! Niko was our service professional—he resurfaced our pool and performed a leak test with impressive attention to detail. His work was extremely thorough, and everything turned out excellent. We’re very pleased with the results and look forward to having them service our pool throughout the year. Highly recommend!

Buyer beware. ASA pools replaced the liner in my mom's pool. Shortly after the pool collapsed. The tech from ASA who came to the house told us that ASA had installed the wrong liner, and that is the reason the pool collapsed. My mom's insurance company sent someone out and that also agreed the wrong liner was installed and that the pool company is at fault. The owner of the pool company will not stand behind his mistake, and we are going to have to take them to court. We also are contacting Channel 6 news to spotlight this company. This is not the type of company you want to do business with.

New pool owners and we reached out to American swimming pool to help us with opening our pool. I informed them that we already took the tarp off, but since this is our first time utilizing this pool in maybe 15 years we don't know what we need to do and need help. Well they take payment upfront and didn't show the first day. I called and was told they would come the next day. Well the next day we were dealing with a water heater flood. But the guys came and seen that the tarp was off and said there was nothing for them to do. Because they don't clean or replace the lining and just left. I called to see what the next step would be, and was told a ticket would be created. Didn't hear anything from anyone went with another company. Now that it's time to close the pool I've called multiple times to try and get the $450 to open the pool pushed to the backend to close the pool since they never opened it. Every time I call they say the owner is not in and he'll call me back and still have not heard anything from them, but they took my money upfront. So now we wasted $450 very unprofessional

We just moved into our new house that has a pool and our neighbors suggested using ASP to open it. As new pool owners, we couldn't be happier with the service we received. The pool was a mess when they took the cover off but Justin was so kind to briefly explain how our equipment works, and what we need to do to get it clear and in 2 days, we were able to do just that. Very happy with ASP.

I am very pleased with there quick responses and great timely maintenance. Justin is a great man who does his work in a perfectly matter and no matter the time or day he always works hard to get his job finished. ASP has been doing our pool work for two years now and we are very pleased and recommend them to anyone who wants to get there pool cleaned and always ready for use should go to ASP for the best usage of there pool.
