    Our daughter has been working with Vinn for over 2 years. He has helped her tremendously through a time of high-growth during her athletic career. He listens and consistently adjusts her sessions based on her needs that day. She is extremely comfortable and feels that his training has helped her compete at the highest level. He has also provided and adjusts exercises and stretches for her to do at home to keep her performance consistent!

    Had a great experience shadowing Vinn for two of his sessions. Was able to ask a bunch of questions and received very helpful information back. Definitely a great coach and puts in a lot of time and energy into his work. Also does really good work with all his clients listening to their concerns and working on how to improve them.

    For weeks I was having intense back pain that was keeping me immobile and miserable. I tried every stretch the internet could offer, but still the pain persisted. A friend of mine referred me to Vinn, and I decided to go. As soon as I met with Vinn, his only interest was to help me and cure my back pain. Our first one hour session helped me more than I thought possible. The best part is Vinn gave me a series of stretches to do everyday that keep my back healthy. Vinn is far better than any chiropractor or massage therapist I have ever been to and I could not recommend him more.

    I trained with Vinn regularly throughout my high school soccer seasons, and was able to become a much better player due to his unique exercises and expert advice. After I graduated high school and went to college, I switched my focus to lifting. Before taking on a new training regimen, I drove home to meet with Vinn on how to properly perform the lifts in my program. Vinn held extreme knowledge, and provided the best deadlift, squat, and bench tips that I ever received. His suggestions would both help me prevent injury while lifting, and drastically increase my strength at a much faster rate.Even when I was not regularly training with Vinn, he never stopped treating me as his client. During a Club Ultimate Frisbee practice at school, I ended up pulling my hamstring. Vinn was both the first person I texted, and the first person that responded. Within a few hours we were on the phone, and he was providing me with preliminary exercises and stretches to make the recovery process much faster. As I recovered, I would continuously provide him with what exercises I was doing at PT, and how I felt the injury was healing. He would always answer any questions I had, talking on the phone from several minutes to any amount of time necessary. He was even able to find the time for me to meet with him in person again, where he provided me with a list of exercises that directly increased the rate at which my hamstring was progressing. Vinn held a pivotal role in getting me back on the field and back to feeling confident in pushing myself during all athletic activities.I can safely say that I highly recommend Vinn to be your personal trainer. No matter what questions you have, or training you want to begin, Vinn will have the knowledge to allow you to thrive. I am extremely thankful for him being accessible enough to consistently text and call me throughout my injury recovery at college. I never felt forgotten or ignored. Vinn’s help throughout the years was essential to my growth as an athlete, and I hope you take this as a sign to reach out and begin training with him.

    I highly recommend Vinn Reddy, personal trainer [VRPT]!I have a chronic back issue. In the summer of 2022, I had a serious health issue with a 3 week hospital stay resulting in a significant setback in physical strength. After release from PT, I searched for a personal trainer with two goals in mind: regain my pre-ailment strength and be on the golf course in April 2023. OK, there was a 3rd goal – I need someone to help me do this in a safe manner, to avoid injury or another setback. I thought Vinn’s PT background and training experience was the perfect combination for my situation.It’s May 15th – I’m back to pre-illness strength (probably better), and my first full round of golf 2023 was April 4th! I’m also playing pickleball regularlySomethings that I really like about working with Vinn: every workout is different, I never know what we’ll be working with, it’s fun. Vinn is always watching to make sure my form is correct – this has been great as I’m avoiding injury, but also getting the maximum benefit from the exercises. I’m also impressed with his professionalism, his instructions are clear and consistent, corrections are made with respect, and I feel there is genuine concern for my health and fitness success. The best part, is that Vinn really listened to me and has tailored my workouts to reach MY goals. It’s been so interesting to see how my workouts have progressed towards reaching those goals.I can’t say enough great things about VRPT. Thanks Vinn!

    Thank you VRPT for all your hard work. Vinn constantly raises my limits and keeps challenging me even through injuries. Personal training gives me motivation to continue training. Vinn has the ability of changing things up making the workouts fun, interesting and challenging. Thank you for guiding me towards my personal goals. Best trainer EVER.

    Vinn played a massive role in helping me reach the college level for soccer. He has helped me work through many lingering injury problems so that they recover and decrease the risk of reinjuring the same muscle. He teaches athletes how to take care of themselves so they don’t need to solely rely on him. He will help you become the best version of yourself athletically. Been going to him for years and don’t have a negative thing to say. Any athlete looking to raise their level should look to Vinn.

    I have been training with Vinn for over 2 years and highly recommend him to anyone. His knowledge of body mechanics is magical. He is very safety conscious and will always keep you within the safe boundaries. My whole family trains with him!!

    I’ve been working with Vinn for two years now and it’s been an amazing experience. He has been nothing but welcoming and friendly to not just myself, but my field hockey team as well. Ever since working with Vinn, my stamina has increased along with my mobility and has made me a better athlete! He always offers the best advice and makes sessions fun. I highly recommend training with Vinn, you won’t regret it!

    I wholeheartedly recommend Vinn Reddy. I have been training with him for past 7 months. He took the time to talk to me about my aspirations and goals, lifestyle, diet etc and worked out a plan for my training. His trainings are always a good mix of fun and intense workout. He is very motivating and encourages to push harder. He is very easy to communicate with and is also willing to work around my schedules. I have thoroughly enjoyed training with Vinn, so far.
