I had a great experience at Pascack Dental Arts! The office is very clean and well-kept, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I felt at ease.
Andrea, the hygienist, gave me a deep cleaning, and she did an amazing job. She was gentle, thorough, and explained everything as she went, which I really appreciated. My teeth have never felt better.

Poor customer service by office staff. It has been deteriorating lately and hit a new low. Its been 3 months and they are yet to contact me for a clarification I asked for. Very disappointed.
