Lovely experience at Bear Brook. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienist was so kind and really took her time. Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable and listened to any concerns I had. Highly recommend!
When your kids are asking to go back to the Dentist, you know you’ve found the right place! Everyone at Bear Brook took such good care of my kids and made them feel comfortable. We recently moved to the area and we’re so happy we found Bear Brook.
The staff at Bearbrook is the sweetest and always so helpful! I love how child friendly the office is and how aesthetically appealing it is. It has a TV mounted on the ceiling so when any check up or dental work is being done, the kids are distracted. Definitely takes the fear out of going to the dentist. My family has been going here for a couple of years now. Taking a star off because the lady that answers the phone after hours is extremely rude--don't recommend calling during after hours for assistance. Thankfully she does not work at the actual office. Other than that, love this place!
