The name rings true! Jill & her team truly are 1st Class! Their combination of motivation (a.k.a. knowing when you need a real kick-in-the-butt!) and inspiration helped me build regular exercise habits for the first time in my life. . .and gave me hope about doing things for many years to come that I'd given up on before starting on my journey with them. I'll never be able to repay or thank them enough!

First Class Fitness is awesome! Jill truly cares about her clients and always has their best interest in mind. She is very knowledgeable, fun to work with and makes sure her clients are getting the best training possible! Highly recommended!??❤

Jill made the daily exercises fun and challenging without being so difficult that you became discouraged. She was engaging and had daily contact, which was great for accountability.
