The Salt Float Center offers a unique floating therapy experience. The facility provides 8' x 5' basins filled with 10 inches of water containing over 1000 lbs. of Epsom salt. The water temperature matches the skin's surface, and the high buoyancy creates a sensation of floating on air, reducing gravity and initiating a reduction of cortisol levels and bodily inflammation. This leads to deep relaxation and healing.
Customers praise the center for its cleanliness, great smell, and welcoming staff. Floating is reported to be therapeutic, relaxing, and helpful for meditation. The center offers a calming and peaceful environment, and the staff takes time to understand individual needs and preferences.
Floating is described as a tool for self-care, stress relief, and meditation, particularly beneficial for those who work hard physically, in creative fields or high-stress environments, and those with chronic pain conditions. The experience is said to be difficult to describe but easy to understand once tried, with numerous associated benefits, including an exceptionally restful night's sleep.
Amazing experience! Very relaxing, comfortable and fun to experience. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and explained everything to me clearly and professionally. I will definitely come back and tell my friends about this place. Thanks again!
I highly recommend salt float center and have been encouraging everyone I know to try floating. I had my first float experience here and have committed to coming monthly. Nice, clean facility and helpful owner. 5/5 stars for sure
