Crystal is a rare soul, full of mindfulness, wisdom, and gentle healing energy. I have been collaborating with Crystal from Sage & Sound this past year, and not only have we had wonderful fun but working with Crystal has brought me so much joy. She offers a beautiful experience in the forest baths and walking meditations, that have been a wonderful addition to my art journaling workshops. I love running into people who feel aligned in the work that we do and crystal has been so inspiring to me when branching out and offering therapeutic art journaling mixed with time in nature.
