I went in there and encountered this very tiny young women..I brother in a pair of cowboy boots they needed new soles..she quoted a price 90 bucks for both boots..at other places it's 45 bucks for both boots total..now she didn't write it down that i had by accident or on purpose I had to repay the 95 bucks again because of her stupid ness..what a shitty experience never again will I go there.

They have the rudest staff ever!!! I was looking to get a pair of shoes polished immediately like you can do at most shoe repair places but clearly my business wasn't wanted. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Charged almost $200 to restore my favorite leather backpack purse. It pretty much looks like it did when I dropped it off after using it a couple of times. Grateful to have supported a small business but won't be going back. From what I was told when I brought it in, I was expecting a major rehab job to make the bag look like new, so I didn't balk at the price they quoted. They could have simply advised me to buy a new bag because mine was too worn to sufficiently restore. I wish this business all the best.
