the previous owners weren't the best, but the new owners are the worst. Their staff is rude and unhelpful. At time Half the machines are being used by their wash and fold people. Will make the trip to Grove St from this point. They're cheaper and better customer service, it's further awylay but more than worth it
The owner of the laundry matt needs to fire the attendent they have working there now, or give her a f-n time clock to punch ! The door and windows tells when they close, but when ghe hell do they open? Some days at 7am go online there it states 8am ...whether you go 7 or 8 the attendent opens whenever she there. Who supervises this chick????
