I visited Mend on the recommendation of my aesthetician while preparing mentally and physically for my wedding, and it was such a great experience! I booked the 90-minute body and face lymphatic drainage treatment with the 15-minute body roller add-on with Tabitha, and felt incredible afterwards. Beyond feeling less puffy and bloated, with the results lasting well beyond my wedding, the entire experience was deeply relaxing. It felt like I was on a meditation retreat. The space is so peaceful and Tabitha is such a calming presence. I can't recommend Mend and Tabitha enough!

However, it’s always a bittersweet moment when the hour comes to an end; it feels like just as I start to truly unwind and enjoy the experience, the time slips away all too quickly.
