Clients appreciate the helpful building management, professional atmosphere, and convenient location. The office spaces are well furnished, spacious, and consistently maintained. Feedback is welcomed, and the owner collaborates with tenants to enhance the office aesthetics and client experience. Hourly, daily, and monthly rates are available, making it a highly recommended place to work.
I’ve had an office here for almost a year, would definitely recommend it. Affordable, clean, quiet, good kitchen/bathroom, nice view from my window. Landlord is very attentive and responds quickly to any issues.
I’ve been here since April 1st of 2025 and honestly have no complaints at all. I truly enjoy how the owner interacts with each and every one of us, takes care of our needs as well as our clients needs whenever we may need something for our office. I can absolutely say it’s been a great experience thus far and I highly recommend it. The bathrooms, kitchen and waiting areas are always clean and the individuals that work on the same floor as me are also welcoming. The area is also very safe and a lot to explore as well. My experience renting a space at the Lackawanna Offices has been exceptional. The office owner is very generous and always willing to go out of his way to provide support if I have additional requests or inquiries. He is always easily accessible if you need him for anything. Additionally, he is open to feedback and will work collaboratively if you have any additional ideas on how to enhance office aesthetics and the client experience.
