Ok so this is my third time here. The problem with these negative reviews is people don't want to be polite. No one stops to think the staff is human. We all deserve respect. I have given respect and received it in return. The staff is super nice and accommodating. I have never had to wait more that 10-15 mins to be seen. An effort is always made to accommodate my schedule. The Dr is patient, explains everything step by step and is empathic. She has amazing bed side manners as do the hygienists. She is great at numbing so you don't feel any pain. She is gentle with the needle and guides you through. I have had two fillings done and I must say she did an amazing job. One...read full review

Due to significant dental phobia, I avoided dentists for almost 10 years. About a year ago, (at the height of covid) I decided that I needed to overcome this fear and started to search for dentists that would be able to help me through it. I came across Grove Family Dental and when I called the office crying (because even phone calls to dentists seemed to be too much), the voice on the other line instantly made me feel like I was her close friend and she would undoubtedly take care of me. My family and I are new to the area and we needed a new local dentist. We decided to try Grove Family dental but we weren't sure what to except. I gotta say, we were not disappointed in anyway. Very professional and courteous. The Dr is very nice and explained everything to us. She was gentle and took all of our fears away. The receptionist is extremely helpful and went out of her to get my family in and help us. We were greeted with a smile. The entire staff was very friendly. The office is clean and we felt safe.
