Runner here! I am currently 5 weeks out from my first full marathon & started experiencing pain similar to plantar fasciitis and IT band issues for a month (while month of August). I cannot recommend Dr. Gary Eshanov enough! I came in with a severe workout injury in my mid-left back caused by improper form. The pain was excruciating—walking, sitting, or making almost any movement was agonizing.
