I visited this salon for the first time which was also the last time. The deep conditioner smelled like some type of bug spray. But I still gave it a chance. The hair stylist are very slow. My car was parked 5 steps from the salon door. Before I could get to my car, my entire scalp had already began itching terribly. I knew I would never return. I had to wash my hair when I got home and it still did not stop the itching or the horrible smell from the conditioner. I literally had to wash my hair every week for two entire months before the horrible smell and the itching calmed down. I went to this salon to treat myself for my birthday. The level of this woman’s unprofessionalism is unbelievable. To know that someone runs a whole business out of scamming hard working people out of their money is really sad. My husband ordered hair from her almost two weeks in advance for delivery and because she did not send the hair when she was supposed to she had to come and drop the hair literally the night before my hair appointment. And that was not the worst of it all. When I opened the hair, I was so baffled by the fact that the hair bundles I got from her were not full bundle. It is sad when you want to support black owned businesses and you encounter people like this with a horrible level of unprofessional. Please please do yourself a favor and proceed with caution when dealing with this lady. She has no morals and would do anything to make profit off of people, even if it means scamming people out of their money .
