An efficient, communicative, and detail oriented locksmith, he resolved the issues I was having with my deadbolt. Not only did he explain what the problem was, he also increased the security of what was already in place with the lock system. All in all a phenomenal job!
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST - do not call anyone else! I am not kidding! Christopher solved ALL of our Front & Side door lock issues that no other has been able to for 15 years!We have had 3 different locksmiths along with all of our various contractors look at the doors over the years and no one could ever solve the root problem. The first time that I used Chris was 15 years ago when I bought a house and was given no keys for the house at the closing. Chris had to rekey and put new locks on all types of doors throughout the entire house! My children were young and he suggested a keyless entry so that I wouldn’t have to worry about the kids losing or forgetting the house keys. I have used Chris over the years for minor fixes and most recently during Covid when the doors/locks were getting much more use than usual because I had guests staying with me for an extended period. This review took me a while to write but I cannot thank Chris enough for all of his help over the years!
