I recently visited Monroe Vision for some inflammation issues I was having in my eyes. I had to make multiple last minute same day appointments, and the office staff was wonderful at accommodating me each time within an hour or two of me calling. The technicians who did my preliminary testing each time were friendly and easy to talk to. I saw Dr. Kosov who was extremely kind and compassionate in her level of care. She did a thorough examination each time, fully explained everything in detail, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or dismissed. This was my first visit. Everyone was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to explain everything and the time to find the right fit for glasses for me. Recommend highly!!!
Dr. Bubnovsky, the medical assistants and the optician at Monroe Vision were absolutely wonderful with my 5 year autistic son who was there for testing, an exam and to get new glasses. Their kindness and patience made him feel right at ease. I highly recommend this practice!
