I called Ken about a slide out that wouldn't slide (it happened at the start of a vacation, luckily a local shop was able to help me manually work the slide). But we needed to get it fixed before our next trip in 3 weeks. Ken agreed to help and came the day after I called him. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day, better and less expensively then the RV shop had estimated while I was on vacation! He also showed me a couple of features I didn't know about and gave me good advice about keeping my slide out working well. Ken was professional, easy to work with, taught me some new info about my camper, and all at a very reasonable price. Thanks Ken!
