i only been seeing Dr Vaidya for about the past 5 years and she is exceptional, that i have complete trust in her, and highly recomment to anyone that you will get the best of eye care..but the billing dept is always harrassing me with billing statements not paid ,, essentially after every visit.. in which medicare and my aetna supplemental insurance has always paid all costs in a timely manner each time.as of now May 2022, i just receive my 3rd billing notice for services Feb 2022,, which was already paid by my insurance back in Mar 2022. this is a hassle that i certainly do not need .. where i contact aetna, who provides me paid billing info which i then pass to...read full review

Will not come back to this practice. Dr. Vydia was competent but the rest of interactions with this practice could've hardly been worse. Their choice of frames is meager and overpriced, as compared to Allied Vision where I could go with my old insurance. No one called me when the glasses arrived. Had to come back 3 times for additional fitting before contacts were ordered. For a month the office kept telling us that contacts did not yet arrive and finally it turned out that due to some internal glitch they were not ordered. The cost for contacts was also much higher than at CVS. Not sure if another practice will be better but not willing to stay with this one.

I am quite surprised at the negative reviews though they are in the past. I took my toddler here & I can only say he is the most patient, kind and informative eye doctor. The office was very clean, and the staff was friendly. If they take your insurance and you know how your policy works you shouldn't have any problems with payment. The office is a bit of a drive for us but I was so impressed by his manner I wouldn't go anywhere else.
