The Adorno employees were extremely kind and treated my washer & dryer with care. Unlike some of the reviews state, they were helpful and accommodating. Mr. Blad & Arturo spoke me to in a professional manner, explaining carefully what they were doing when I asked. I would 100% recommend Adorno Appliances to anyone having troubles. Adorno was recommended by GE when I had an issue problem with my 2-year old "Cafe" refrigerator. Adorno came to my home several times to replace components and eventually concluded that there was a failure in the GE sealed system (compressor/ condenser). Adorno guided me through the GE warranty process and was instrumental in helping me file a successful claim for a replacement (new) refrigerator from GE. Adorno is a family owned and operated business that is prompt, honest, reliable and knowledgeable. I recommend them without qualification.

In this day and age of disappearing customer service and total lack of customer support, communication and care, never mindinterest and involvement, we were pleasantly pleased and surprised to realize that yes, there is actually a business that offers all of the above and even more. Yari and Adorno Appliances are a beacon of light in the murky waters offered by Sears .
