He answered all my questions or showed me if possible, what he did as a contractor and he explained to me how to up keep my system to prevent any future problems. EOG Prices are the Very Best I Had New Full HVAC and Hot Water Heater 3 Appliances for a little bit over what I was Previously Quoted for only the Heater by Other Companies. Prior to Contacting EOG I Wasted Alot of Time and $$$$ entrusting Ambient Comfort who left me out in the Cold for 44 Days by Selling Me Expensive Parts that Never Fixed the Issue and Very Contradicting Answers from 3 Different Uninformed Techs Who Simply Did Not Know What they were doing and Didnt Take the Time to Examine the Heater Properly as EOG Did. My ONLY Regret is Not Calling EOG FIRST !”

When awarded the job, they showed up when they said they would, all were courteous, clean, and did professional quality work. Unfortunately, this seems to be an even rarer quality today, who doesn't answer, let alone call you back, don't what they say they will do, etc... Joe and his family company are a gem! Their pricing was in line, and for the product and quality of performance and installation, they can't be beat on that. As with any job, sometimes an issue arrives, later that night I noticed an issue with my thermostat, not their fault by the way, when I called about it, joe picked up the phone, inhailed his dinner and came right over and fixed the iue at no charge, even though it wasn't his doing If you want peace of mind, fair dealings, and a company you can put some faith into, it's Damato plumbing and HVAC.
