Been there 4 times, before giving this review so this isn’t a one time experience. I really wanted to make this place my go-to nail salon.Getting an appointment is not so hard if you walk in ( was hard to get them on the phone , but after visiting I realized it’s because the technicians there get busy with work and can only pick up the phone when no one is working ) but be very clear while making your appointment. They give very hurried talks and I missed an appointment once because I forgot to give my name and I was not asked ( I walked in) .Gave it 3stars because they do get the work done ; I fixed acrylic nails all 4 times and it lasted a pretty good time but customer...read full review

The polishing part of the pedicure was the better part of the pedicure. I was done in 20 minutes with the full pedicure. I sat in the chair at 3:52 was done by 4:19. I felt very rushed even though I was the only on there for a pedicure and no one else was there.

I had not been to Super Nails in over 2 years. I was there today for a pedicure. The place was almost empty when I walked in which I thought was odd. My pedicure lasted exactly 17 minutes. She rushed through the process as if she was going somewhere. The massage consisted of a few vigorous scrubs to my feet and shins. I'm used to pedicures that last 45 minutes or more. My nails look good, but as soon as I began to relax she was done. When I went to pay, the guy at the front did not thank me and when I gave him $ to give the woman, he said nothing. Poor customer service and I will not return.
