    Played here many times.
Both, north and south are well maintained
Great quality for county courses but a bit pricey (especially, ridiculous that they charge a booking fee). Reason to knock down a star, is the staff (specifically, the starter(s) - are generally very rude - and this has not changed over the years - their attitude is as though they are doing you favor - never seen that in other places where they always have a smile or see you off with “have a great round”. Here you are better off not even asking about the pin position and if you are new to the course, you are on your own!

Generally enjoy getting out to Charleston Springs and playing their courses. The South is a good challenge for strategic players and the north is more open and forgiving. Both greens roll nicely, particularly for a county golf course. Also I do love the fact that they have a grass driving range tho their balls are mostly water logged and beaten up which is typical. My only real negative comment and warning to anyone who comes here would be don’t dare to step foot on their previous “practice area” unless you pay the extra fee. I found this odd and uncomfortable on multiple occasions of me playing here over the years of encountering a crew member or elder regulars... read full review

I've played both of their courses over 100 times back when I lived in NJ, and always enjoyed them. Always nice conditions, they are very well maintained county courses. The courses are long, but very walkable.
