When I first moved to Maplewood, I hesitated to transition to a local colorist. I had had bad experiences w prior transitions. I dreaded it and delayed a decision. Then one day, I met two women with gorgeous highlights (hi Kristie and Christine) and said “that’s it, I’ll go wherever they go.” I’ve been seeing Charlie ever since. Charlie is warm, fun, creative, authentic in the raddest way, and an amazing talent. Her work is her passion, as are her clients, and it shows. She makes beautiful hair while caring immensely for those around her. She is a great talent and a joy as a human being. We all love her so much.
Charlie is passionate about creating color that will make you feel fabulous and is easy to look after. She is truly an artist and is always educating herself with how to do new techniques to create depth and dimension. I have known Charlie for years and from day one she has always given me a warm welcome and made me feel special in her chair. She takes her time getting to know what I want and what my comfort level is in trying new a color direction. Charlie is such a beautiful soul and her positive energy is infectious.
Charlie is amazing! I will never let anybody else touch my hair. I totally trust her and what’s more... she actually listens. She listens to what you want. Not everybody does. I can’t wait for things to return to normal so that she can make my hair beautiful again. I’ve never had anyone give me such stunning highlights. Charlie is insanely talented. I can’t say enough good things about her. 💕
