I am so grateful for Cristina and the team at Seven Point Wellness. Acupuncture can be a very vulnerable experience, but Cristina makes the entire process comfortable. She is expertly trained in acupuncture and spends an incredible amount of time with you during each visit to understand how to best address your needs, both physically and emotionally. Cristina is kind, empathetic, supportive and encouraging -- all of the things you would hope for in your healing journey. Seven Point Wellness is a magical place filled with hope, healing and optimism.
I’ve been going to Seven Point Wellness for acupuncture with Cristina through my pregnancy and postpartum. It seriously helped with first trimester symptoms and kept me in good health throughout! Having Cristina as a sounding board during my pregnancy helped me feel empowered. She is a total wealth of knowledge and was always responsive to my questions about prenatal care, took time to address concerns, and went out of her way to provide additional info when I needed it. It works! Went in with some intense sciatica and watched as the pain went away within the prescribed treatment plan. Phil is great and remembered our past conversations and is easy to talk to. The receptionists are equally as friendly. First time with electric needles. Was great, highly recommend!
