We made the right choice working with Preferred Care. The interaction with the owners were great. We had superb care with the Aide that came to take care of our loved one. The aide was like an extension of our family and fit right in. We were blessed to have chosen this agency. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
My husband and I could not be happier with the care and oversight our loved one receives from Preferred Care at Home and Mario Parker. Mario took the time to visit up front and understand our situation and is always a phone call away. We have had the same aide for several months now, which is so helpful because she has gotten to know my mother-in-law, her schedule, her likes and dislikes, etc. I have spoken to a few aides who have worked for Mario, and they all rave about how well he treats them. Preferred Care at Home had been recommended to us by the United Way and we are very grateful to them. This is a professional, caring agency which is responsive and very careful in selecting caregivers. Anne, my husband's last caregiver, could not have been kinder or more dedicated.
