“All of the above. I called another company, AJ Perry for a service call. They originally installed my system 13 years ago. They told me that my gas valve was defective along with a "fried PC board" & Defective thermostat. $4000.00 Repair bill. They advised to replace the entire system. $21000.00 but they could do it if I agreed to do it on Tuesday because they needed the work for $13000.00..We are close to 80 years old & live on a fixed income. I then called Dennis at Tin Man to check my system. He repaired it in less than 1/2 hour and just charged me a service call. It was a God Send. He paid attention to every detail and made our vision exactly the way we dreamed. He went above and beyond throughout the entire build. Measurements and placement of outlets and speaker wire was exact, and the drywall looked seamless. The finishing touches at the end were perfect - paint, trim, door, handle, lights all matching with the rest of the house. They even helped us hang the TV. Working areas were always cleaned, any garbage was removed, and care was taken to protect the surrounding area and furniture. The room looked like it was always meant to be there.
