Despite being a bitter cold day they did a fine job with their clean up and debris removal. We would use Window World again in the future.“

(State Farm was of NO $$ help, but that's for a different review). Sal was terrific. Nice guy. No BS. No Fluff. Easy to work with. Good pricing compared to others.

I was so impressed with Sal, that I asked them do an entire new roof on my Mother's home. They did a fantastic job. Looks great. We had a bad leak that took 3 tries to fix. Didn't stop Sal until he figured it out! Turns out it was not the roof, but an old bathroom pipe that was cracked. That is Excellent Customer Service!!!

“4 out of 5 for window repair. Guys working at repair office are good, specifically John. Replaced glass in just 2 hours after dropping of. Reason why I didn't gave all 5 stars bcoz they failed to tell me that paying with credit card will be additional 3%. No big deal but I could save if I knew. Also see picture, several location silicone can seen that is not uniform.
Anyways bigger picture is they are good and I'm happy. People was quoting $1500 to $2000 for replacing glass while I took them my own to Dorwin and it costed $650 with 3% lol.
