Had issue with furnace blower motor. No heat situation. Called two other HVAC Companies left messages, no reponse no return call. Our third call was to Taylor who answered immediately, friendly, honest. Said they had no available techs but would call when someone was free. 10 Mins later Mike called, he was finishing a job with his partner Tanner. They would be here in 1/2 hr. Arrived on time, considerate of our home, troubleshot and found our issue straight away. Tanner was very experienced for a young Tech. Mike translated the technical stuff for us and gave us options.
