My air conditioning died out of nowhere early June I called Frank from Crystal Mechanical and he came right away and was able to replace my unit that same week. He was very reasonable and so reliable. Explained everything to me and even showed my son a few things so he can help with maintenance. I highly recommend him and would use him again without hesitation.

I met Frank through a commercial job he was working on at my place of employment and he did a fantastic job. During 105 degree weather my home A/C stopped working. After 4 days of trying to locate an HVAC vendor in my neighborhood all who said minimum 3 weeks, I reached out to Frank at Crystal Mechanical LLC and he said, 'I'll be there tomorrow'! Frank arrived earlier than expected, did a thorough inspection and identified the issue immediately. Frank took the time to show me and explain everything. Frank is professional and friendly. I'd recommend Frank for any HVAC commercial or household job! Thank you Frank! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My wife and I had a very rough time when our air conditioning unit went out during this past heat wave. My unit was running fine and suddenly no cold air was coming out. I had a guy put Freon in and had him come back the next day because it still wasn’t working. So he put two new parts in for $450 and told me I need a new condenser in which I told him take your parts out. So my wife and I are literally passing out and my poor cat was suffering. I am disabled so my son in law knows a friend and the ball started rolling!!!
