John was absolutely wonderful to work with when I needed a last minute inspection in order to sell my house. Response time was within a few minutes and appointment scheduled within a day. His broad area of expertise allowed him to assess every item on my list ranging from structural to environmental concerns. He provided inspection results and estimates for repairs very quickly which allowed me to get to closing without any delays. My pregnant tenant (in our rental property) noticed mold on the wall. John came out immediately to assess the situation. He began testing, removed the affected walls and floors, and treated the home. John was called Sunday night, came out on Monday to do our inspection. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking for a company that makes you feel as though they care about you, he even came to court and testified about the mold issue for us. I would highly blue planet.
