“The staff at this salon are very friendly and nice. They do my eyebrows how I want it and listen to me when I tell them that I don't want my eyebrows overly thinned. I used to go to Payal Beauty Salon and they made my eyebrows way too thin when I said not too and even cut some of my eyebrow off once.

Yugma Salon is much better and where I will be going from now on. The person who did my eyebrows was named Sona and did an outstanding job. Overall, I highly recommend.“

The facial itself was very nice.

The reason I took off 1 star was because the esthetician never introduced herself upon walking into the room and I believe she spoke zero English too because at the end I asked her a question and she just smiled but no feedback.

And there was no Zen music playing during my facial which I felt was truly missing. It just makes the facial more pleasant to relax to. Especially when she put the mask on my face and you are left in the room alone for a few minutes, it would be nice to hear some music in the background instead of total silence.

So, if they could improve these 2 things that would make it that much more better for customers experience.“
