They came out immediately to help with the water damage in my condo and were so understanding, especially since this was my first time ever going through something like this and I was completely overwhelmed. **Kelby** with PuroClean and the mitigation company that assisted me were absolutely amazing. If you ever experience the nightmare of water intrusion in your home, I strongly recommend calling PuroClean. They responded 2 hours faster than any of their competitors we called. They’ve been in our home for the last 5 days and left today with our basement professionally dried, all damaged insulation, flooring and molding has been removed. Microbial treatment to prevent mold was done inside all walls that were acted as well as in all open areas! The space is now ready for restoration! The team works fast and professional. Their lead comes in to check status and provide procedure and process clearly, and help as much as he can, which makes me very thankful. All things went well. I love their work.
