I can’t say enough good things about **PuroClean** and their incredible team. They came out immediately to help with the water damage in my condo and were so understanding, especially since this was my first time ever going through something like this and I was completely overwhelmed.
**Kelby** with PuroClean and the mitigation company that assisted me were absolutely amazing. Kelby and **Michael, the Project Manager**, truly went above and beyond. They took the time to walk me through the entire process, answered every single question with patience, and provided hands-on support that made me feel safe and at ease—especially with my anxiety being at an all-time high during this experience.
They were professional, respectful, attentive, and genuinely caring from start to finish. This duo makes an outstanding team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a stressful situation like water damage. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and support.

Reviews
If you ever experience the nightmare of water intrusion in your home, I strongly recommend calling PuroClean. They responded 2 hours faster than any of their competitors we called.
They’ve been in our home for the last 5 days and left today with our basement professionally dried, all damaged insulation, flooring and molding has been removed. Microbial treatment to prevent mold was done inside all walls that were acted as well as in all open areas!
The space is now ready for restoration! I hope they will do that portion of the project too.
In addition to courteous people that leave your home as neat as you would, their level of communication is second to none!
I give them a sold 10 which is rear in today’s business world.
Puro Clean has been out to us twice in the last 6 months and both times they have done a wonderful job. They are professional, knowledgeable, took great care in protecting our belongings and always left the location immaculate (as it can be in remediation). If you have a water or sewer problem, Puro Clean are the folks to call.
