Raphael is AMAZING! NJ Abaters is the go to abatement in New Jersey.
I recently had a large commercial space with hundreds of feet of piping that required abatement — much of it in extremely hard-to-access areas. From start to finish, NJ Abaters handled the project flawlessly.
Raphael is exceptional to work with. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly organized. He moved quickly, coordinated everything efficiently, and kept the job on schedule without cutting corners. The team worked safely and professionally, even in challenging conditions.

NJ Abaters and Raphael are courteous, helpful, and timely. They have helped us multiple times. Most recently, Raphael picked up the phone after hours. If you need help with asbestos or mold, please use NJ Abaters. They are first class!
There are not enough good things I can say about this company. From the start, Raphael was extremely nice, patient (answering all my questions) and thorough. I was initially testing only for textured ceilings but Raphael made sure to test all the layers of the dry wall to make sure that the joint compound was tested. He was 100% correct in this as some of the top layers were fine but deeper layers were positive.
The work was extremely well done, and was done quickly (about 300 sq ft in about 2 days) including the air quality test. Highly recommend using them for any abatement work, and I will be sure to come back in the future if I ever need more work done. Thank...read full review
