I've been going here for almost eight years now and it's great for many reasons. You get to join a polity and welcoming community while getting into shape. Overall a great place to go to.

Best I hot up to brown. Let about 11 years ago. I had to sadly stop for opening a preschool. In meantime I moved to Pittsburgh started kickboxing 2 months ago but not even close to master yu. But every month I come back to visit my parents only 3 mins away and I train with master yu.I LOVE YOU MATER YU. Great work out for Easter AM 2019

I was a student with Master Yu for ten years before I moved away for work. His teaching was outstanding. The culture of his school was nurturing and the classmates were like extended family. Going to class was often the highlight of my day. I’ve studied with other martial arts teachers (who were also great) but Master Yu’s is a really a special place that I strongly recommend.
