It has also sparked a new interest in him of getting stronger and making healthy choices which I love to see. Instructor Amy is wonderful and I would recommend this program to any parent!

On a different note I was putting new brakes on my car and he gave me gloves and helped me take off a rotor by lending me a hammer.
