Dormann's Custom Plumbing

I had a plumbing emergency this morning and it was my first time using Dormann’s services after hearing so many solid recommendations on Facebook in the Mullica Hill group. No sooner do I call them, I get a return callback advising I’m on the “will-call” list. About 20 minutes later I get a call from the techs who advised they are 20 minutes out. They show up right on time, were polite and listened to everything I told them. They then offered a workable solution and got right to work. The job was done quickly, professionally and with care at a fair price. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend. Thank you!

Today we had Nick come and diagnose a leak we had from the upstairs bathroom into our downstairs bathroom. Nick knew what the problem was immediately. He went right to work. Not leaving estimates or double talk. He finished repairing the problem quickly. Nick asked if we needed anything else. We did. Again, he had the proper part in his van and fixed the other problem we had.
Nick is a the most professional service person I have ever met and is a credit to your company. We have never used anyone else for our plumbing service but Dormans.

Dormann’s has done a lot of plumbing work for my family the last few years. They installed all new custom drain lines for a large home renovation, a new water pressure tank, iron breaker, water softener, and they installed a new bathtub for us. We have a well and had smelly hot water, but the new system they put in has been working great and no more water odor since they installed it two years ago. John and his team are wonderful people and I would highly recommmed them.
