I have been a Realtor for 37 years. I have sold hundreds of homes in that time. Recently, Mr. Sachs and his staff went over and above the call of duty to close a deal for a mutual client. It was the day before the 4th of July and everyone else went home for the weekend. The sellers had already moved out and really needed this deal to close. The buyer (client) was also under the gun timewise. The one saving grace was David Sachs and his staff. They put the client first and saved the day. 5 stars isn't enough.
Just this morning,on otherwise dreary Friday morning,June,27,picked up myoriginal copy of my will as,the legal clerk had promised it would be made available.Apparently a bit of procurement was necessary.As always dealing with this office,never a wasted trip.Delivered with pleasantness and best wishes as promised.My sister an attorney as well and I both swear when dealing with potential estate issueswhy go anywhere else?A judge now in her second career was the person that recommended this office initially.
