Prosperity tax service was a Godsend! They took us on late in the game, filled a delay on our behalf, and then prepared our tax returns for us with courtesy and professionalism. Thank you all so much for your help and friendliness to solve our problem. We'll be back next year!
Got myself in a sticky situation trying to file my own taxes this year. Walked through the situation with Wendy and she helped me file amended returns easy peasy. Super satisfied with the results, will be returning again next year.
I was so pleased with Wendy's service. I've had horrible experiences over the years with accountants, but Wendy was professional, organized & pleasant. I loved that we were able to meet in person and I never got the feeling she was rushing me. I had a little hitch after a phone call with the IRS, which resulted in Wendy having to make some minor changes (in. my favor) on my return. I offered to pay her for her time, but she didn't charge me. Her fee was half of what the previous year's accountant had charged. As an added bonus, Charlene is really kind and helpful. I'm grateful to have found this service!
