“I've been coming to this practice for over 20 years because the doctors and staff are absolutely wonderful. They make us and our pets feel like family. I've been so impressed with how smoothly the staff have handled things during this pandemic. I bring my cat for weekly treatments and every time I've come I've been met with the same level of friendliness and professionalism that I've come to expect from this team. I have complete confidence in them. Whenever I talk to the doctors about my pet's condition they are always compassionate and show patience while answering my questions. Dr. Moon and Dr. Passmore are the best! Keep up the good work everyone!“

“Absolutely LOVE Yardville Animal Hospital. The entire staff, from the Doc to the techs, are so friendly and my pup, Tommy Pickles, loves them. They explain everything thoroughly and have frequently followed up with me to see how my dog was doing since he's been dealing with some major medical issues. You can feel how much they actually care about our pets. I could not recommend this place more.“

“Wonderful experience. I called looking to schedule an appointment for my sick gecko and to ask for advice in the meantime. They were able to get me in right away and were incredibly kind on the phone. When I arrived, everyone was so friendly. They treated my gecko with care and kindness. I have had some lackluster experiences at other places when taking a reptile to a regular vet, but they were very attentive and knowledgeable here, including the receptionist. I highly recommend visiting if you have a small reptile.“

“This review is for their Morrisville location and is long overdue. We just had another wonderful mobile vet visit from Dr. Dana. She was accompanied by Vanessa, a very thoughtful, amiable and empathetic vet tech we just met today. Our thirteen-year-old little girl, Wanda, has been through a lot in the past six months. Earlier this year she had a Laryngeal Tieback surgery after being diagnosed with Laryngeal Paralysis. During the same procedure, her thyroid glands were removed to address progressed Hyperthyroidism, which was out of control. This on top of a Heart Condition. During this time, Wanda's weight plummeted to a horrifying 6.5lbs, which is about half what she weighed when she was younger and healthy. Throughout this extremely stressful and bleak period, Dr. Dana and her team at HousePaws were absolutely outstanding, highly competent, compassionate and responsive. Dr. Dana repeatedly made time for Wanda, even if it meant her staying late to see us in the Morrisville office, just so we could have her seen sooner. There was also two occasions when Dr. Dana was not in the office and another fantastic vet offered to see Wanda in the evening, as well. We whole-heartedly trust Dr. Dana with all our fur babies, and we are beyond grateful to have her as our vet. Many of our visits are mobile ones, a service that we anticipate relying heavily on in the future (we have two additional feline fur babies, neither of whom tolerate being picked up and/or caged, even for a short time). The office is generally busy, a fact I believe speaks to just how many people depend upon HousePaws and trust them with their furry family members. Dr. Dana understands what it's like to be a worried fur-baby mom, and was so kind and thoughtful as to give us her email address so that we can reach her whenever needed. How awesome is that? Honestly, sometimes I forget that I have the ability to send an email to Dr. Dana directly, because seriously, how many doctors care enough to do that in this day and age? Whenever I do remember to send an email, Dr. Dana has responded with a thoughtful answer, and in a timely manner. She is wonderful! I've been frantically worried about our little Wanda. Today Dr. Dana and Vanessa made a special trip to our home to check on her. In addition to being provided with a medication, bloodwork was taken to give us a better idea where Wanda is at with her Kidney Disease and overall health. We were also given valuable information regarding this disease, including websites that offer support and education. As someone caring for a dearly loved family member who has a serious, terminal medical condition, I cannot emphasize enough just how fortunate our family is to Dr. Dana and the staff at HousePaws. Thank you!“

“We brought our new puppy Willow in for the first time 2 days after we adopted her and she developed a cough. The staff was super nice and cared for her so well. She wasn't scared or fussy at all. They knew just how to handle her so that she would remain calm. They diagnosed her with kennel cough after doing a bunch of tests to rule out all the possibilities. They also did a quick general exam to make sure everything else was good and sent us home with medication, vitamins, supplements, and tons of reading material on raising our new puppy. Highly recommend this vet. They treat your pup like family!“

“my third trip as a new customer in less than 2 months. I realize that this doctor is uncompetent and he is crook. All he wants is your money. He doesn't know anything about dogs. Maybe he can work on monkeys or cats. I don't know, but if you have a dog he is not the guy“

“Dr. Stobie and his team were and continue to be absolutely amazing with our now 1 year old male doberman, Maxwell. Even as experienced doberman owners, we weren't prepared for the challenges that presented themselves with the completely unusual medical conditions that our baby boy has experienced. Dr. Stobie and his team took the time to narrow in on the problems and offer treatment options. The treatment estimates were comparable with the other hospitals in the state. Maxwell's surgery was extensive and required several days of hospitalization. As dog parents who normally don't "board" their dogs anywhere, we were completely comfortable leaving our baby boy in the care of NorthStar Vets. We received daily update calls from the doctors and received pictures of Maxwell. We were also able to call and check on Maxwell, knowing that Maxwell can be a bit of a handful, being a young male doberman. Since the Pandemic, everyone has suffered with staffing shortages. NorthStar Vets, facing the same challenges as everyone else, remained committed to the care of our "babies" during and after the Pandemic, with not only Maxwell, but our other fur baby Libby, who experienced a medical emergency and required emergency surgery. It's comforting to know that NorthStar Vets can provide all of the specialty services needed in one location to care for our fur babies.“
