She truly listened to my concerns, validated them, and never once brushed anything off. Sadly, my sweet cat was diagnosed with end-stage cancer, but Dr. Tsun handled the entire process with such compassion and grace. She made an incredibly painful experience as gentle and painless as possible, always checking in to make sure my cat was comfortable and doing okay. Her care extended not just to my pet, but to me as well, and that meant more than I can put into words.

“Dr. Garruba and his staff have been taking care of my pets (one cat, two dogs) since 2010. My pets have always been treated gently and with compassion, and I know they are getting the right treatment. When our golden retriever was dying two years ago, Dr. Garruba came out to my car to examine him, and told me that the end was near. He recommended a service that does euthanasia in the home, which turned out to be the best way. “The best vet I've ever seen is Dr. Danielsen. I've been taking my animals there for about 18 years, and as long as she's been my vet, she's been very sensitive to my animal's needs, while balancing sound advice to me as a pet mom. She's never trying to sell unsolicited or unnecessary services, tests, vaccines or extraneous products. He staff is very courteous, kind and sensitive, even when you're panic stricken because your pet baby is sick. Her prices have always been very reasonable. She is the only vet I'd take my animals to.“

“Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It was very easy to make an appointment. The tech was just wonderful. She brought us into the room and took all our info. She listened to our concerns and was very helpful and welcoming to our dog. The doctor was exceptional. She explained everything in great detail and gave us options for care. Everyone spent time and gave us a lot of valuable info on our dogs' treatment and care. I have been to a lot of vets over the years, but this place was exceptional over the top. The vet came out to the car to look at him first when I told him I was scared to bring him in, and they gave us a delectables treat to give him when we left. “It is not an easy thing to decide if and when your pet has reached their end of life. There is a internal turmoil that the pet's family goes through in balancing quality of life with medical treatment and the desire to have our pets live forever.

When our beloved Mickey (dog) showed us that he was suffering, we made the decision that we wanted to give him the most comfy cozy send off that we could; at home, in his bed and all his familiar smells.

From the moment I called House Paws to schedule the appointment for euthanasia, I felt a sense of comfort and peace. All of the staff showed empathy and grace. The Vet who arrived with her partner was kind and patient and most of all, reassuring that this was a merciful decision that we've made for Mickey.

I can't say it's not easy, but that is an understatement. Losing a beloved pet (we had him for 12 wonderful years) is so so so difficult and heartbreaking. But, I would not recommend anyone else, to help another through such a difficult time.

House Paws was amazing from the beginning to the end; and even after - I just received a call from House Paws to check in on us and if we need any emotional or therapeutic support.
