I haven't been to see Dr Rankin since Sept 2019 and it's taken me this long to publicly thank Dr Rankin and the Staff at Nottingham Animal Hospital for making the last days of my favorite cat Kaioz comfortable as possible and for allowing me a day or two before putting him to sleep. We have used Nottingham Animal Hosp for about 15 years. We have never been disappointed in the care we have received. The entire staff is kind and caring, and Dr. Graham has even called us after "sick visits" to see how our pup is doing. They always give us pricing upfront before they do anything, and have frequently suggested lower-cost initial options to see if something works before they will encourage an expensive procedure. Dr. Graham suggested we have a surgery consult on our dogs leg at one point, saying that the specialist will be honest about what is needed. When we spoke with him, he suggested we wait six weeks.
