The Cleaning Authority - Princeton

I was set up for a cleaning service between 10:00-10:30 in Monroe Township, NJ. When I was called the day before, I was told the arrival time could possibly extend until 11:00. I was able to reschedule my day to accommodate this change. When 11:15 came and went and the cleaning crew didn’t show , I decided I needed to cancel that day. What amazes me and really clarifies things is that I was never called by the manager with an explanation and maybe even an apology. In my Development, recommendations are regarded very highly. Never showed up for the estimate appointment, when I called to check where they were they informed me that the estimator forgot about my appointment and was booked the rest of the day. They tried to reschedule for later in the week. I was planning on having a cleaning done the same week but they said it likely wouldn’t happen now within my requested timeframe because of the delay in the estimate. I told them I’ll have to go with another company in this case, and they said sorry but provided no additional attempt to resolve (send another estimator, book the cleaning beforehand, provide a discount on the service for the inconvenience, etc.). This is my second experience with a cleaning authority and again it did not disappoint. I had a tremendous experience in Stamford and when they referred me to our home near Princeton, the Princeton Cleaning Authority staff was precise, careful and thorough and clearly took their lead from the owner/manager who showed up and checked-in frequently. Highly recommended even for our 6k square foot home.
