Very pleased with this office. Everyone from the front desk to the techs and doctor were nice, profesional and helpful. I was in and out quickly. There were a lot of people there so I expected to wait for hours like you do at most doctor's offices but I was in and out! It was great.

SJ eye Physicians once was great until they are trying to become part of or already Prism Vision. I've been waiting over a month for Prism to accept my insurance and I'm not the only one. This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm very disappointed with SJ Eye Physicians

I went for an appointment because I had a stye. Dr. Putnam walked in and told me it's a standard stye and only time will heal it. Nothing wrong with that. Nice pleasant Doctor who I know is very competent. He was in and out in less than 4 minutes. Here's my issue and you may not find my complaint worthy but it is to me. I paid a $50 copay and weeks later I get a invoice for $18.70. Not much. But I'm thinking that $68.78 is a bit much for FOUR minutes, of which less than 30 seconds (if that) was for Dr Putnam to look at my stye.
