Went in for my first time yesterday because Susan was recommended to me for a perm (2nd time getting a perm). Everyone was completely accurate with their recommendations. Came out with a piggy back perm because of how long my hair is and it’s amazing! She’s personable, professional, and knows what is needed for your hair type. Extremely satisfied with my experience!
I always have the best experience here! From the moment I walk in, the entire team makes you feel welcome and genuinely cared for. Rayna is truly an amazing stylist. She listens carefully to what you want, offers thoughtful recommendations, and always delivers a gorgeous result. Whether it’s a cut, color, or style, it comes out exactly how I want it and I trust her expertise completely. Her passion for her craft really shows in every detail.

Lauren was fantastic! New to the area, and I tried several other salons and stylists before Salon Luxx and was not impressed. Salon Luxx and Lauren were exactly what I was looking for- warm, inviting, privately own (not a chain), longevity in stylists, happy vibe scheduling and arriving, takes credit cards that include tips, one on one care, shampoo was great, stylists who really listen to their customers and make recommendations, but talk about it before actually doing it.
